Hill's Donuts

Birthday

Surprising someone on their birthday, even from a distance

You cannot always be there. A box that rings the doorbell, opens and then plays your voice comes surprisingly close. Here is how to do it.

The surprise is in the timing

Have it delivered on the day itself, ideally in the morning, so the rest of the day follows from it. Order before 1pm and your box leaves for the next working day. We deliver Tuesday to Saturday.

Birthday on a Sunday or Monday? Have it delivered on Saturday. In the closed box the donuts stay fresh for at least 48 hours.

What to put on the label

The scannable label carries a short printed message of up to 30 characters. A nickname, an inside joke or a date works better than a full sentence.

The rest sits behind the scan: a longer message, a photo and a voice note. That voice note is what people tell us about most, especially when children or grandparents are involved.

Which box for which birthday

Just for the birthday person or a small family: 6 donuts (19.50 EUR). A birthday at home with friends: 12 (39 EUR). A birthday at the office or a bigger party: 24 (78 EUR) or the party box of 36 (117 EUR).

Straight to the recipient

You do not need to receive the box yourself. When you place the order, enter the recipient's address and we deliver directly. The presentation box is already designed as a gift, so no extra wrapping is needed.

Surprise someone as soon as tomorrow

Pick your box, add your message, photo and voice, and we deliver within 24 hours.

Frequently asked questions

Does the recipient know who it is from?

Only if you say so. You choose the message, the photo and the voice note, and you can stay anonymous until the scan.

Can I choose a future delivery date?

Yes, you pick your delivery day when you place the order, from the available delivery days.

What if it is too hot to ship?

From 24°C in the Belgian forecast we pause shipping for those dates so chocolate and glaze arrive intact. Your order leaves on the first safe day and we keep you posted.
