A small bakery, big on craft.

Hill's Donuts began in a tiny Warneton kitchen in 2021, when our founder Élise decided that Belgium deserved better donuts. Not the dry, oversized kind — but pillowy, fresh, gently sweet ones, made the way her grandmother taught her.
Today we bake every night in our small Warneton atelier. The dough is mixed by hand and left to rest slowly overnight, which is what gives our donuts that unmistakable airy bite. Each one is fried fresh, glazed by hand, and packed into our signature box before sunrise.
We use Belgian flour, free-range eggs, real Madagascar vanilla, and chocolate from our friends at a small chocolatier in Ghent. No shortcuts, no preservatives, no industrial mixes — just patient craft.
