Ordering and delivery
Do you deliver everywhere in Belgium?
Yes. We deliver to every Belgian city and municipality, from Brussels and Antwerp to Ghent, Bruges, Leuven, Hasselt, Liège, Namur, Charleroi and Mons.
Which days do you deliver?
Tuesday through Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays or Belgian public holidays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs €5.95 and is free from €50.
Can you deliver straight to someone else?
Yes. Just enter the recipient's address when you place your order. The box arrives gift-ready, with no price or invoice inside.
The donuts
How many donuts are in a box?
You choose between 6 donuts (€19.50), 12 donuts (€39), 24 donuts (€78) or 36 donuts (€117).
Which flavors do you have?
Twelve signature flavors: Speculoos, Nutella, Caramel, Kinder Bueno, Marshmallow, Candy Floss, Oreo, Pistachio, Dark Chocolate Pasta d'Or, Candy Buttons, Tagada Strawberries and Banana.
Are the donuts fried or baked?
Our donuts are fried, the way a real donut should be. They are freshly made on the day they ship.
How long do the donuts stay fresh?
They taste best on the day of delivery and keep for another two days in the closed box at room temperature.
Are there allergens?
Our donuts contain gluten, egg and milk among others, plus traces of nuts. The full list is on our allergens page.
Personalization
How does the personalized label work?
When you place your order you add a message, a photo and a voice note. We print a scannable label on the box. The recipient scans it with their phone camera, sees your photo and message, and hears your voice.
Is there a card inside the box?
No. The personal message lives entirely on the scannable label, not on paper.
Does personalization cost extra?
No. The personalized label is included in the price of every box.
Business and events
Can I order donuts for the office or an event?
Yes. The Office Pack of 24 and the Party Pack of 36 are made for that. For larger volumes, request a quote through our events page.
Can you brand the box with a company logo?
For business orders we look at what is possible on the label and the box. Contact us with your quantity and date and we will send a concrete proposal.
