Which days do you deliver?+
We deliver Tuesday through Saturday across Belgium. We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays, so an order placed Saturday, Sunday or Monday arrives on Tuesday at the earliest.
How long do the donuts stay fresh?+
Best enjoyed the day they arrive. They keep for up to 2 days in the fridge. Take them out 30 minutes before serving.
Do you ship outside Belgium?+
Not yet, we're focused on getting Belgium right first. The Netherlands and Luxembourg are coming in 2028.
What if I'm not home?+
bpost will leave the box with a neighbour or in a safe place per your delivery instructions. You can also have it delivered to a bpost Bbox (parcel locker), you'll receive an email from bpost to choose these options.
Can I schedule a specific date?+
Yes, choose any next business day at checkout, up to 2 weeks ahead.
Why is the shop sometimes paused?+
When temperatures in Belgium are forecast above 25°C, we put the shop on hold. Our hand-glazed donuts can't survive transit in the heat without losing quality, so we'd rather wait than send you a sad box. Ordering reopens as soon as the forecast cools down.
