How long do the donuts stay fresh?+
Best enjoyed the day they arrive. They keep beautifully for 24–36 hours in their box at room temperature.
Do you ship outside Belgium?+
Not yet — we're focused on getting Belgium right first. The Netherlands and Luxembourg are coming in 2026.
What if I'm not home?+
bpost will leave the box with a neighbor or in a safe place per your delivery instructions.
Can I schedule a specific date?+
Yes — choose any next business day at checkout, up to 2 weeks ahead.
Why is the shop sometimes paused?+
When temperatures in Belgium are forecast above 25°C, we put the shop on hold. Our hand-glazed donuts can't survive transit in the heat without losing quality, so we'd rather wait than send you a sad box. Ordering reopens as soon as the forecast cools down.
